RENTAL INFORMATION - weekly (villa or cottage) and long term
VILLA
For two individuals in the master suite (high season), a weekly stay with seven nights included is US$2300.
For two additional individuals in the guest suite, add US$1050 per week.
Please inquire about longer rentals.
These rates include full use of the estate grounds with pool, the main house with kitchen, daily maid service and a continental breakfast.
If you would like additional meals prepared at Bathridge, we will be pleased to suggest chefs.
COTTAGE
The cottage accommodates two people (queen bed) comfortably and has complete living and cooking facilities.
GENERAL
We can also help with car rental and taxi reservations.
Any of these arrangements are at your expense.
We require a separate security deposit depending on villa or cottage to cover any damages or telephone charges.
Our LONG-TERM rental rates are based on two people.
Bathridge is available for long term rental of up to six months, with maintenance staff included. Please check with us for rates.
